About

Who we are...

Shari & Alex Carroll.....

In 2020, Alex and I started out with a 2020 Class C. Within the first year we took 2 trips traveling over 6600 miles and realized we loved the lifestyle.

With the RV lifestyle there comes a variety of repairs. On our first trip to Kansas from Florida, we had a water leak and ended up calling a mobile tech and waiting half a day to get a repair. Shortly after that (after traveling to a different state) we had a second water leak. All the mobile techs and repair shops had a three week wait list before we could get scheduled.  I have always been a hands on person so I figured out the repair with the help of a friend. After that, I realized a few things; I liked doing that type of work and I could help others in similar situations. I then began my research to find out how to get trained in RV repair.

Spending the time getting certified at the NRVTA (National RV Training Academy) in Athens, TX was a great experience and I'm now a Certified RV Tech through the RVTAA (RV Technicians Association of America).

Because we wanted to continue enjoying the RV lifestyle, we now own a 2012 Class A. We needed more space for Alex to work remotely and we specifically chose an older model because I wanted to be able to continue to learn on my own equipment.

My prior career was in the IT field. I spent over 20 years fixing computer equipment, training people how to use the different operating systems as well as many of the office style software packages.  The last 10 years were spent working in the hospitality industry here in Florida managing wireless internet for resorts and traveling around the US and Mexico to ensure that the resorts were providing the best WiFi service to guests.

My love for helping people and working on equipment is once again being fulfilled in my new career path as an RV Technician.

I am ready to help with whatever problem you may have with your RV.
